Furnish the Houses you own to earn passive bonuses. Each House holds one piece per slot — Bed, Tool rack, Larder, and Hearth — and a piece's bonus applies while you're anywhere in its region.

Bonuses stack across every furnished House you own in that region, so building more Houses (and furnishing each) is how you stack more — the region's House plots are the natural cap. The slots favour distinct effects: Bed shaves your action Timer, Tool rack lifts Success, Larder lifts Yield, Hearth grants Luck. Tiers climb region to region. Each piece is a Construction build that consumes materials + gold for a one-time XP reward.

Don't want to train Construction? You can grant another player a housing contract — build access to one of your Houses. They upgrade it, lay out its garden, and craft its furniture using their own materials and gold, and they earn the Construction experience — but they never see or touch the items and gold stored inside. Grant it from the House's Contracts tab (up to ten builders), and revoke it any time.
