Krag, The Living Mountain
Combat level 1 · a world boss — its health pool scales with the raid that faces it. Its spoils go to those who contribute deeply — wounds dealt and wounds mended count alike — and are still in the fight when it falls; the fallen and the departed claim nothing. The deepest contributors roll for spoils more than once.

How it is fought
A skilling raid: it never strikes back, and nobody can die to it. It yields only to pickaxe swings — one every 10s, hitting up to the tool's tier (a bronze pickaxe 0–1, damask 0–5). Every point of damage pays 4 Mining XP.
When it falls, every miner still at the fight who did their part takes home a spread of every ore they can mine — richer the harder they swung, with the deep ores kept scarcer — and the deepest contributors roll the standard world-boss spoils on top.
